Feeling unheard, stressed, and overwhelmed? You don’t have to face it alone.
Pausefully offers compassionate support and guidance to help you explore the emotional impact of endometriosis, infertility, and the challenges that come alongside them.
These experiences aren’t just medical; they can affect every part of your life — emotionally, mentally, and physically. That’s why nurturing your mind is just as important as caring for your body.
To 'pause fully' is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and make space for the emotional healing you deserve.
Are you ready to take back control of your health, your voice, and your future? Let's get started...
How We Can Work Together.
1
Counselling Sessions.
Being heard is part of healing.
A confidential, compassionate space when navigating endometriosis, infertility, IVF, medical trauma, or related stress.
Explore your emotions safely, build coping strategies, advocate for your needs, and reduce stress, burnout, and overwhelm. Each session is designed to help you feel empowered to live life on your terms.
2
Workplace Awareness.
Awareness without action isn’t enough.
Raising the awareness and understanding of the hidden impacts of endometriosis in the workplace.
Equipping organisations to lead sensitive, empathetic conversations, create an inclusive culture, and implement practical strategies that protect wellbeing, boost engagement, and improve productivity.
3
(Pause) Fully Told.
Your story matters. It’s time we start listening.
Spotlighting lived experience and expert insight — where open, honest conversations challenge stigma, dismantle gaslighting, build empathy and support advocacy.
Each story shared helps others feel seen, heard, and less alone, while driving progress in understanding, research, and care.
Meet Vicki, Endometriosis Counsellor, Coach & Advocate.
I’m so glad you’ve found me.
I’ve experienced firsthand the profound emotional impact of living with chronic pain, unpredictable symptoms, and infertility. The endless medical appointments, treatments, uncertainty, and dismissal or gaslighting — alongside feelings of frustration, grief, anger, guilt, and loneliness — can be emotionally exhausting.
This journey affects everything from your decisions, relationships, sense of self, and quality of life. You deserve to feel truly seen and validated. That’s why I created Pausefully — a space to pause, let go of the need to put on a brave face, find calm in the chaos, and rediscover your strength.
Everything I do is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and the belief that being heard is part of healing. My aim is to amplify voices, drive meaningful change, and free you from being defined by your condition.

Talking about what was happening has helped me focus on what I could control and gave me hope when I really needed it.
Because of Vicki's professional help and support I got my confidence and self-belief back. I feel very empowered and hopeful about my life in general. I found Vicki's energy calming and soothing, yet strong and impactful.
I didn’t feel comfortable sharing everything with my family or friends so it was such a relief to have someone who truly understood and could offer me the time to talk.
Featured on BBC Breakfast: Championing endometriosis awareness.
Vicki was invited onto BBC Breakfast as an expert and advocate to discuss the urgent need for greater awareness and support for individuals living with endometriosis.
As a recognised voice on the topic of endometriosis, I regularly speak at events, join panel discussions, and contribute to national media — sharing my lived experience to raise awareness, challenge stigma, promote empathy and create cultural change.
